The owners obviously didn&#039;t raise the bird right, becuase cockatiels usually give a lot of affection to their owners. Our cockatiel will follow us where ever we go, and he chirps, but never screams. Maybe it was best for the bird to go to a better owner. Cockatiels require a lot of attention, which is something that man and his girlfriend did not give that cockatial.]]></description>
