Comments about Pet Wellbeing Young at Heart for Cat Heart Disease:
I have a 2 yr old Norwegian Forest Cat X who developed symptoms that resemble asthma after being given 2 vaccinations. His Vet has been unable to complete a diagnosis as he has only seen the attacks/episodes from some videos that I took on my camera. After much frustration, the Vet has posted the videos on their Veterinarion website in hopes that someone would be able to offer some info. My frustration level has gone up as well and after much researching, I have come to the conclusion that he may have some heart and lung issues. I started Valentine on the Young at Heart formula and his episodes which were every day before have been reduced to 4 in the past month. So I think I am on to something. I am going to order the formula for the Lungs this week as I still believe that he is battling asthma or something like it. I tried the Throat Gold but it had no effect so figure that with wheezing, it is more Lung issues.
Val loves eating so it is easy to slip into his "baby food" (wet food)

Comments about Pet Wellbeing Young at Heart for Cat Heart Disease:
When our cat, Madi, was 1 year old she caught a poisoned rat. Though she survived, just barely, her immune system was terribly compromised, and she quickly contracted ringworm, became quite thin and lost a lot of hair. It took nearly 6 months, but Madi finally began to recover and then an awful, hacking cough began.
I went onto youtube and listened to videos of cats that had the same type of cough - and all of the cats (that sounded like ours) had heart disease (in most cases the person said that sadly the cat died - which is why they posted it, to warn others what to look/listen for).
I always use holistic, natural treatments for myself and my family, but I didn't know of a holistic vet (and from my research it looked like going to a regular vet could easily be thousands of dollars with tests and treatment) so I began researching ways to heal my cat as naturally as possible.
I found Pet Wellbeing, read about other people's experiences, and combined with the 90 day Satisfaction Guarantee, I bought the product.
In about 3 - 4 days (which was the experience of other reviewers as well) I began to see a clear improvement in her cough. Within a week Madi's energy level was amazing - she was running around and playing like a kitten (something we hadn't seen in a year!) Every day we've seen improvements. It has now been about 3 weeks and she is almost as healthy as she was prior to catching the poisoned rat. She gained back all of her weight, her coat is thick with a beautiful luster. She rarely coughs, and if she does it is barely noticeable and doesn't last for long.
I wish I could tell EVERYBODY with a cat about this product and this incredible company!!!! For less than a vet check (with no tests or treatment) our cat is happy and healthy. We continue giving her the herbal treatment twice a day - just a few drops a day, and we may have to always do this, given the way the poison effected her heart, but this product is so reasonably priced we can easily continue with it for the rest of her life!
THANK YOU, PET WELLBEING FOR SUCH AN AMAZING PRODUCT!!!

Comments about Pet Wellbeing Young at Heart for Cat Heart Disease:
My cat Charles suffered a heart attack - or my Vet felt that is what he suffered but they did not want to put him through the tests in case he would not make it. Meanwhile, watching Charles become out of breath easily and watching his heart racing was so scary to watch. I thought of searching for something natural that could help him and found Young at Heart and he has now been on it for a week and I can't believe the difference in his health. He even caught and killed a mouse and proudly showed me! He never could have had the energy before to do that. I am so relieved to find this product - it has given Charles a new lease on life! Thank you!

Comments about Pet Wellbeing Young at Heart for Cat Heart Disease:
The vet diagnosed my cat Mango with a congenital heart disease, leaving him with an enlarged heart that has trouble contracting. This would cause my cat to have trouble breathing, he would not be able to even walk 4-5 feet without stopping to breath. While the vet's prescribed medications helped a little, the vet told us we may lose our little friend within 2 weeks. I immediately searched for any kind of remedy I could find, and found this product.
Mango is not even 2 years old yet, so he was a very energetic cat before his disease got the better of him. He would constantly play, search for things, play with water, eat any cat food, etc. This all halted with the first signs of his disease. When I administered this product, within a day, he was at least 50% of his former self. He was walking around my room, sniffing things, jumping in the bathtub to play with the water. The next day he was playing again. It's been 1 week since I started his treatment with this product, and I say my cat is at 80% of his former self. He runs, plays, eats, and is generally very happy. I prayed for a miracle to at least help my cat live a happier longer life aside from his disease, and this product is proving to be working great. Other than it being a little bit bitter to the taste for Mango, this little guy will live to see his 2nd birthday next month, and hopefully many to come. If anything, this product is easing and lessening the burden of the inevitable.
I highly encourage anybody who feels helpless or is looking for anything to help their cat through their suffering, to try this product. Cats come from nature, and so does this product, it can do things that modern medicine can't do.

Comments about Pet Wellbeing Young at Heart for Cat Heart Disease:
After a $200 diagnosis the vet gave her 24hrs to live For an additional $4000 and treatment they could keep her alive for 'maybe' a few months, addict to drugs or opt to put her to'sleep'. I started Healthy Heart immediatly She regained mobility in her leg which was dragging and the blood clot started shrinking and off she was running, not a good idea, she more in control now still going to her favorite places trying to climb She still has episodes however this tonic brings her ease and almost immediate relief. 4 months later she is still alive and enjoying her care. I asks, if these cats resist any pain or discomfort, even to bring whats good for them, wouldn't they also resist being put to death?

Comments about Pet Wellbeing Young at Heart for Cat Heart Disease:
I put the drops on raw hamburger. A homeopath suggested raw meat or raw fish which is great for mixing the drops in and my cat only eats food that way now. I appreciate that his breathing has improved and has more energy. He is a 14 yr old cat with high thyroid numbers and he is also taking the Pet Wellbeing drops for thyroid as well. He is doing remarkably well.

Description
What is Young at Heart?
Young at Heart is a liquid formula, combining eight unique herbs. Together, these herbs have a gentle action on the body to support the health of the heart muscle, heart valves and blood vessels. Young at Heart is designed to be used every day and can safely be used by cats of all ages, as needed. If your cat is taking prescription medications, please review the precautions.
What is Young at Heart used for?
The heart of a cat is anatomically similar to that of a human. However, the type of support required by a cat for normal heart function is not necessarily the same as it would be for the human heart. Young at Heart is a formula designed for your cats entire cardiovascular system. In particular, it helps to support and maintain the normal muscular integrity of a healthy heart, the valves of the heart, and regular circulation of blood through the blood vessels. Additionally, Young at Heart contains herbs to support the hearts rhythm and healthy blood pressure.
Lets take a look inside the heart:
The heart is made up of three different layers: The pericardium (outer), myocardium (middle) and endocardium (inner). The pericardium makes up the outer layer of the heart and serves to protect the more delicate tissue layers beneath.
The myocardum is the muscle tissue comprising most of the heart. There are four chambers inside the heart: two atria and two ventricles. The atria are the uppermost chambers and the ventricles are situated below them. The pumping action of the heart occurs within the myocardium, due to cardiac muscle fibers that interlace into two networks. One network contracts the atria and the other contracts the ventricles. These chambers receive circulating blood and pump it to the rest of the body with each heartbeat.
The endocardium is a smooth, thin layer inside the heart that also covers the heart valves. Atrioventricular valves lie between the atria and ventricles inside the heart. These are th bicuspid (left side of the heart) and tricuspid (right side of the heart) valves. They are there to ensure the blood keeps flowing through the heart in the right direction. Other valves are positioned inside the major arteries that leave the heart and they keep blood flowing to the rest of the body (and not backing up into the heart).
This is a simplified version of the hearts anatomy but it helps to demonstrate some basic information about how the heart works. As your pet ages, he or she may require support to keep the muscular integrity of the heart healthy and the valves working normally. Certain breeds may be known to be more susceptible to specific kinds of heart conditions.
Can my cat take Young at Heart with prescription drugs?
Do not use with blood pressure medication, cardiac drugs, cardiac glycosides or blood thinners.
Does it come with a guarantee?

Ingredients
- Hawthorn berry, buds and leaf (Crataegus spp.)*: Hawthorn is comprised of a variety of thorny shrub species from the Rose family. Traditionally, the berries have been used but there is mounting evidence to show that the flower buds and leaves contain high levels of useful constituents as well. Hawthorn is high in antioxidants (flavonoids) including OPCs, similar to the powerful flavonoids found in grapes that fight free radical damage. Hawthorn is used for the overall function and vitality of the entire cardiovascular system. It is used extensively in herbal medicine to support the heart muscle, heart rhythm, arterial system and coronary arteries, blood pressure and general circulation.
- Arjuna bark (Terminalia arjuna)**: Arjuna is a botanical with traditional roots in India, where it has an extensive history. It has been used for supporting the cardiovascular, digestive, urinary and respiratory systems. In the past 10 years, it has received more attention in the west for its ability to help maintain cardiovascular health, including heart muscle strength, heart rhythms and heart rate. It also supports normal blood viscosity and normal blood vessel elasticity.
- Motherwort (Leonurus cardiaca)*: Motherworts action is twofold. Although it is considered an herb for supporting heart function, it also has been used for restlessness and agitation. This herbs actions are to support normal blood pressure, the hearts electrical impulses and help to maintain healthy circulation.
- Nettle herb (Urtica dioica)*: Nettle supports the bodys ability to excrete fluid through the kidneys. It is also high in minerals that are needed by the cardiovascular system, including calcium and potassium.
- Fo-ti root (Polygonum multiflorum)**: Primarily used in Traditional Chinese Medicine (also called He Shou Wu), Fo-ti root has a long folkloric past as an herb for youthfulness and vigor. Today, we also know this plant for its useful application in supporting heart function. Traditional claims of this herb are that it "nourishes" the heart, possibly due to its ability to support the blood vessels that carry blood into and away from the heart and maintain healthy lipid levels in the blood.
- Schisandra fruit (Schisandra chinesis)*: Extensively used in eastern countries, the berries of the woody Schisandra plant are known to be supportive to many parts of the body. High in antioxidants, these berries support strong immunity, the liver, stress reduction, cognitive function and the cardiovascular system. Schisandra helps to maintain healthy blood pressure levels.
- Gotu kola herb (Centella asiatica)*: This is an herb with considerable use in both Chinese and Ayurvedic medicine. In the latter discipline, the name Brahmi was given to this herb, meaning "of divine origin". Gotu kola is known for its ability to help support the venous system and blood flow to extremities. Do not confuse this herb with Kola nut (Cola nitida or C. acuminata), an herb that contains caffeine.
- Ginger rhizome (Zingiber officinalis)*: Ginger is used in very small quantities in this formula to help promote circulation.
- Glycerin based
