Description
About washing your dog
Your dog's coat is constantly exposed to the elements and can pick up all kinds of dirty, smelly matter. Keeping your dog's fur clean and healthy is important not only for you (so you don’t have to endure the bad smell) but also for your dog. A clean coat is a healthy coat.
About once a month, give your dog a healthy bath. It’ll keep his coat clean and healthy.
Neem Soap for Dogs
- Repels insects which can cause allergies
- Anti-bacterial, Anti-fungal
- Cleans your dog's fur
- Eliminates odors, smells wonderful
- Leaves your dog's coat soft and lustrous
Bathing your dog more than once a month is not recommended (except in emergencies like skunk spray or other extremely dirty/smelly messes). Excessive bathing with even the best dog soap can lead to the loss of your dog's natural skin oils and make his skin dry and irritated.

Question:
my dog AKITA keeps getting a yeast infection on his skin. he has a thyriod difficency and takes meds. I keep washing him with ketokozole? shampoo. It keeps coming back.I'm wondering if there is something in the carpet or outside? I clean the carpet and his dog bed. I have another dog akita mix but she has no problem.Asked on 12/8/2011 by Anonymous1 answer
Answer:
There a a few causes for chronic yeast infections. One example is diet. Feeding a diet that is 100% grain free is a start as grains can actually contribute to the yeast infection. Take a look at this food that may be helpful http://www.petwellbeing.com/products/force-dog-food
Also using the Neem soap will give some comfort to your pet but we can not say it will solve the problem of the yeast coming back again.Answered on 12/9/2011 by Anonymous

Question:
I have a 12yr. old maltipoo who was diagnosed with cushings disease 2yrs. ago. I like to know if the Neem bar of soap would help her sensitive skin? Can you suggest what to use for bathing her? Her skin is dry and if I do not bath her weekly she starts smelling bad like a person who does't use deorderant. I am open for suggestions.
Please Advise,
Patricia SmithAsked on 10/22/2011 by Pat from Chesterfield, mi.1 answer
Answer:
I would highly suggest our Neem soap for pet's with skin issues due to Cushing's Disease. The Neem is very helpful in killing any germs and bacteria as well as soothes any pain or discomfort. It also smells wonderful so it eliminates odors that are trapped in your pet's fur.
We suggest bathing your pet weekly to see the best results with more serious conditions. Once you have seen results you are happy with we suggest to lessen the amount of baths you are giving your pet to allow the sensitive skin to breath and heal naturally.Answered on 10/25/2011 by Customer Care from CSR Office
