For a refund simply send back your entire purchase (postage paid by customer) along with a return number. You can obtain a return number by calling a customer service agent at 1-877-633-2401 or email support@petwellbeing.com.
PetWellbeing will give you a store credit for the purchase price or we can refund your credit card for the product purchase price minus a 15% restocking and handling fee. Please note that both initial shipping and return shipping are non refundable.
