If your cat gets diarrhea, here’s what to do:
- Try to figure out what caused your cat’s diarrhea. If she's eaten something toxic, get her to a vet immediately. If you think it was caused by a change in diet, put your cat back on her former diet.
- Ensure your cat is drinking lots of water, to fight off dehydration.

What is cat diarrhea?
Diarrhea is how your cat's body protects itself from toxins she’s ingested. Food is forced to pass through her system quickly. Liquids are expelled before her digestive tract has a chance to absorb them, which is what causes both the liquid feces and dehydration.
Cat diarrhea is a very common problem and has many causes
- Mild food poisoning from eating spoiled food
- Changes in diet
- Viral infections
- Parasites
- Stress
In many cases, the cat simply has a very sensitive stomach, or is reacting to stressful events such as a changed environment.
Our customers have the last word…
"When your cat gets diarrhea, it really can be a stressful time. I know this first hand as two months ago my cat Buffy had a really bad bout. The poor little thing was depressed for days until I got the Plantaeris product I ordered from you. Of course, I made sure that I gave Buffy a good diet too but when I coupled that with the Plantaeris remedy, her diarrhea got better in no time. Since this incident, I always keep it handy but, touch wood, Buffy has been diarrhea free ever since. Excellent product. Thank you all."

"Thank you for making Plantaeris! We have two cats, and one of them has a very delicate stomach. It's like she'll get diarrhea just from LOOKING at some foods. I started using Plantaeris on her a few months ago, and she hasn't had any real bouts of diarrhea since. I'm amazed and very happy!"

"My cat Hillary is a delight in every way... except that she's always been prone to getting diarrhea! We lived with this problem for years (off and on, of course) until a friend recommended your diarrhea medicine. We tried it, and are we ever glad we did! Whenever Hillary starts getting diarrhea, we put her on Plantaeris and she's better in no time. She doesn't mind taking it, either. Maybe she knows it's good for her? Anyway, I just wanted to let you know how pleased we are."

"We tried for months to find something to help Woosie with her digestive system and constant diarrhea, after trying all of the vet medications, we found you on the internet and figured it was a last chance. Woosie not only recovered quickly under the Plantaeris formula, she enjoys it, and that says allot for cats and medicines. It has helped immensely for us and Woosie, she no longer suffers the pain and embarrassment of incontinence, and we are no longer cleaning up after her when she couldn't make it to the litter box. We thank you!"
